This Shipping Policy describes how Momento Labs (operating as Vacay on drinkvacay.in) processes, dispatches, and delivers your orders across India.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (24 to 48 hours).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

• Pune & Maharashtra: 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities & states across India: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

These are estimated timelines provided by our courier partners. Actual delivery may vary due to public holidays, extreme weather, or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through reputed registered domestic courier companies. The courier partner assigned to your order will be mentioned in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Shipping Address

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by you at the time of purchase. Please ensure your address, including PIN code, is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Shipping fees, once charged, are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item dispatched or damaged product).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner's portal.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier company, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions).

8. Product Storage & Handling

Our products are cocktail mixers and food-grade beverages. Please ensure they are stored appropriately upon receipt:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Best served chilled.
• Shake well before use.
• Once opened, consume within 6 to 7 hours.
• Best before 9 months from the date of manufacture (refer to label).
