Refund policy
This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order, request a return, or seek a refund for products purchased on drinkvacay.in, operated by Momento Labs.
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Since we process and dispatch orders quickly, you must raise a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order.
How to cancel: Email us at drinkvacay9@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9096082201 with your Order ID in the subject line. Cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has been handed over to our courier partner.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may choose to reject it at the doorstep. Refunds for rejected shipments will be processed after the product is received and inspected by us.
2. Returns & Exchanges
As Vacay sells consumable food and beverage products (ready-to-mix cocktail mixers), we follow a strict return policy in line with food safety standards.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The product has been opened or partially consumed.
- The return request is raised more than 24 hours after delivery.
- The product was purchased on sale or as part of a bundle discount.
Returns may be accepted in the following exceptional cases, provided the request is raised within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence:
- Product received in a damaged or defective condition (broken glass bottles, leaked packaging).
- Wrong product or wrong flavour delivered.
- Missing items from your order.
Replaced product will be delivered in 4-6 working days
To raise a return or exchange request, email us at drinkvacay9@gmail.com with your Order ID and an unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue alongside the shipping label.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. Your claim must include:
- An unboxing video, OR clear photographs showing the damage.
- A photo of the shipping label.
- Your Order ID.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
4. Wrong Item Received
If you receive a wrong flavour or incorrect product, please report within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the wrong item alongside the shipping label. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
5. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).
Please note that the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Products Not Covered
The following are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
- Opened or consumed food and beverage products.
- Products purchased during clearance, flash sales, or special promotions (unless defective).
- Requests raised beyond 24 hours of delivery.
