Do you partner pan-India or only in Pune?
We are open to partnerships across India. While Pune is where we started, we're actively building our network in other cities and states. If you're based outside Pune, we especially want to hear from you — early partners in new markets get strong territory support and direct founder attention.
How quickly will you respond after I submit the form?
Within 24 hours — and it will be one of us from the founding team, not a sales representative. We read every submission personally. If your message comes in late at night, you'll hear from us the next day.
Is there a formal contract or vendor onboarding process?
We keep it intentionally simple. For most partners, it starts with a conversation, a trial order, and a basic written agreement. No 40-page vendor onboarding documents. Decisions are fast here because you're talking directly to the people who built this.

What is the minimum order quantity for F&B and retail partners?
For HoReCa and retail outlets, we start at 1 case (24 bottles) per flavour. This is intentional — it lets you identify your fast mover quickly without over-committing. Once you know which flavour your customers prefer, we scale from there.
How does restocking work for cafés and restaurants?
As simple as a WhatsApp message. No purchase orders, no portals, no wait time. You tell us what you need, we confirm and deliver. Our goal is to be the easiest supplier relationship you have.
Creators & Influencers
What does a creator partnership look like practically?
It starts with a product sample so you can experience Vacay honestly. From there, we discuss what makes sense — a review reel, a day-in-my-life integration, a dedicated campaign, or an ongoing ambassador arrangement. We're open to creative formats. If you have an idea, bring it.
Do you have a brief or content guidelines for creators?
We provide a light brief with the key brand moments and things to avoid — but we actively encourage creative freedom. Vacay works best when the content feels real, not scripted. Your audience trusts you because you're genuine — we want to keep it that way.

What does a corporate wellness partnership look like practically?
Simple. You tell us your team size and preferred restock frequency. We supply directly to your office, provide branded pantry inserts, and handle restocking through a single WhatsApp thread. No lengthy vendor onboarding. We've kept it friction-free by design.
Can Vacay be included in employee welcome kits or wellness gifting?
Absolutely — and this is one of our favourite use cases. We create custom gifting packs with handwritten-style inserts explaining what Gond Katira is and why it matters. It's a thoughtful, genuinely useful gift that most people have never seen before. Minimum quantities and pricing discussed on enquiry.
Distribution
Do you offer territory exclusivity for distributors?
Yes — for early distribution partners we offer area-level exclusivity for an agreed period. This is a genuine first-mover advantage. Once a territory is committed, it's committed. If your area is still open, now is the right time to have that conversation.
I run a tiffin service. How would this actually work?
We'd work out a per-unit add-on price that fits your delivery economics. Your customers get a Vacay alongside their meal — a daily habit loop we're very excited about. We provide custom insert cards for the meal box and handle supply on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. It's a genuinely underexplored channel and we're keen to build it with the right partner.
